Kardio (SPIN/H.I.I.T.)

Our Kardio classes include indoor cycling, zumba and high intensity interval training! These classes all focus on pumping you up to great music while making you sweat while having fun. Our goal here is to increase your heart rate through intervals to create an excess post-exercise oxygen consumption also know as the afterburn effect. These classes will keep you inspired and engaged while maximizing a calorie burn.
