3 Tips for building habit
Do you practice the art of habit building? Developing healthy habits will help make your day to day life easier. It will give you more time to do the things you want everyday. Here are a few tips and tricks we love to use when building habits! Don’t worry, building habits shouldn’t be challenging or overly complicated.
Tip 1. Time blocking!
One of the best habits to get into is to divide and plan your day by the hour. Yes, this can sound excessive, but it is the easiest way to get as much as you can done with your day. Planning your time before and after work will leave you feeling accomplished everyday! You could even do this during your work hours!
Tip 2. Start Small!
We often have the all or nothing mentality when developing habits we "should" be implementing. A large part of developing habits is to include things that excite you as well! You want to start by developing and mastering one small habit such as, getting into a workout routine that best suits your lifestyle and then adding on from there!
Tip 3. Be Patient!
This may go without saying, but trusting the process will help make the development of new habits less daunting. As long as you stay consistent and don’t skip more than two days during the time you’re building the habit, it will all workout for the best!
